Flexbox Digital implemented a customised Zoho CRM solution, transforming it into a centralised platform to manage the entire customer lifecycle—from lead capture to terminal activation. The CRM was tailored to support both sales and operations teams, offering a unified view of customer, terminal, and transactional data. Key features and integrations included:
