Proquo is a digital marketplace; offer more than two million Australian small businesses find the expertise and customers they need to get ahead. Proquo is a joint venture between NAB and Telstra. We were tasked with redesigning the Proquo website to make a more visually appealing site as well as one that much more user-friendly. Their old website wasn’t a good representation of the service that they offered and they needed a new site that better reflected their brand and would appeal to their target demographic. We were also tasked with the responsibility of improving user experience and brand perception by way of look and feel changes to the website. The newly redesigned website offers quick and easy access to comprehensive understanding of Proquo's services and solutions. It include a cleaner design and engaging user experience.
Achieving an engaging user experience
Our main goal was to create an engaging user experience and provides advertisers with a unique opportunity to reach and communicate with consumers. Taking this into account, we crafted multiple wireframes of all of the pages to ensure it was clear where everything would be and how it would work before continuing the design and implementation. Quick access to primary sections and popular pages was paramount. So we devised a solution on the homepage and listing page which groups content based on user intent, supported by relevant iconography, colour and picture.
