In close collaboration with the client, we developed a robust online evaluation platform for schools to assess student level based on the Victorian Curriculum. Curriculum level tracker for teachers to use as a tool to monitor student progress, record demonstrations and report on the learning achievement of every student. The custom built functionality handles Google single sign-on (SSO), CASES21 integration, user accounts, role based access control and a full management platform for CLT school admins and teachers. The client was looking to implement Zoho One. Previously, the client was using multiple apps to run its operations from Freshdesk to Pipedrive it was a struggle to share information between those apps and departments. With the Zoho One suite, the company were able to connect 99% of the business requirements under one brand with dozens of integrated apps. After learning about the client business process and their Zoho One needs, Flexbox Digital created a Solution Design Document, which laid out the customisation, we planned to make in Zoho One Apps.

Seamless transition to Zoho One

Once we completed the Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM implementation and reviewed them with the client, we held separate training sessions to train sales and support teams on general usage, and how to manage Zoho. In addition to training sessions, we also provided the client with Post Implementation Support for 3 months. During this time, we were available to make any necessary changes or modifications to their Zoho setup. The client had a seamless transition from Freshdesk to Zoho Desk, Pipedrive to Zoho CRM and implementation of Zoho One led to a complete overhaul of the company's existing processes. For over 100 years the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) has been the voice of chemistry in Australia. The Royal Australian Chemistry Institute is the professional body for the chemical sciences in Australia. The RACI engaged us to redesign their website with responsive design, to make it user friendly and streamline all RACI attributes. As the RACI is a large body with many users; chemists, students, educators, members and the public, a broader service that assists all users' that needs to be implemented with a strong focus on user experience.

Understanding users and their goals

A collaboration on digital strategy with RACI team took the website to the next level. When discussing with the stakeholders, it was clear that a lot of information already on the RACI website and other sister sites, needed to be collated into the one place. The website also needed to be appealing to the changing audience and inclusive to all user groups and assist in an increase of members. The stakeholders also desired a more compelling user journey so that users would be able to access Information on RACI website easily and quickly. We worked closely with RACI in developing wireframes for all user journeys, updating and refining as the project progressed, ensuring all aspects were tailored to address each users’ goals.

Intuitive design and outstanding user experience

Creating a great user experience is the key to having an effective website. We created a sophisticated, high-impact design that was aligned with the target audience and brand guidelines. The RACI responsive website was designed to invoke a helpful experience and assist users to locate desired information in an intuitive manner. The design was engaging, minimal and easy to navigate for each user journey. In addressing this we revised wireframes throughout the process to make sure all pages were clear and in the correct place. Relevant images, engaging typography, clear calls to action and colour in line with RACI brand were utilised to help users feel comfortable, informed and interested in exploring the website.

Our main goal in redesigning the website was to provide the RACI community with easy to find, engaging, succinct and intuitive journey for the many user groups of RACI. Equally important was to create an interface design that unifies all services and information offered by RACI in a simple yet informative way. In close collaboration with the RACI team, we were able to achieve an exceptional web design with an outstanding user experience for RACI visitors. It also aligns with their mission for creating pathways for chemical scientists and to advance the professional interests of its members.

Ecotech wanted to integrate Zoho CRM with their accounting system, Xero, in order to eliminate unnecessary duplicate data entries and keep track of all types of financial transactions status inside Zoho CRM. We integrated two-way data syncing between Zoho CRM and Xero, using a custom API script (Application Programming Interface). This two-way integration is keep contacts, vendors, products and invoices synchronised across Zoho CRM and Xero accounting system, with just a few clicks or scheduled sync time.

Understanding users and their goals

When we spoke to the stakeholders, it was extremely important to simplify all aspects of consignments before, during and after-sale for the buyer and sellers and we were required to digitalise the whole process that was carried out on papers. During a series of sprints, we worked in constant communication with the team at ThoroughWorks to develop wireframes for each user experience. As a result, we devise a more precise app design and more bespoke user experience for ThoroughWorks buyer, sellers and trainers to manage sales and sale inspection data.

Proquo is a digital marketplace; offer more than two million Australian small businesses find the expertise and customers they need to get ahead. Proquo is a joint venture between NAB and Telstra. We were tasked with redesigning the Proquo website to make a more visually appealing site as well as one that much more user-friendly. Their old website wasn’t a good representation of the service that they offered and they needed a new site that better reflected their brand and would appeal to their target demographic. We were also tasked with the responsibility of improving user experience and brand perception by way of look and feel changes to the website. The newly redesigned website offers quick and easy access to comprehensive understanding of Proquo's services and solutions. It include a cleaner design and engaging user experience.

Achieving an engaging user experience

Our main goal was to create an engaging user experience and provides advertisers with a unique opportunity to reach and communicate with consumers. Taking this into account, we crafted multiple wireframes of all of the pages to ensure it was clear where everything would be and how it would work before continuing the design and implementation. Quick access to primary sections and popular pages was paramount. So we devised a solution on the homepage and listing page which groups content based on user intent, supported by relevant iconography, colour and picture.
